About the Project
This project renovates an 11,000 SF facility at Air Force Base, Minot, ND, transforming it into a fully functional Child Development Center (CDC). The work includes interior demolition, followed by installation and upgrades to civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and communication systems.
Site improvements, including walkways, pavement, and utility reconnections (water, sewer, electrical, gas, and communications), are also completed to ensure full operational readiness.
Our team manages the project end-to-end, providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, administrative support, plans, and permits to meet federal standards.
