Crash rated Traffic Control Barriers Replacement
About the Project
This project upgrades the traffic control barrier systems at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado, enhancing vehicle access management and overall base security. Existing barriers were replaced with crash-rated electric gate arms and non-rated control gates, fully integrated with the base’s electrical and remote-control systems.
All work was carefully coordinated to maintain operational continuity while meeting strict OSHA, AFOSH, and environmental regulations, including Green Procurement standards. TriCore International managed the project end-to-end, providing labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and project management, as well as delivering system manuals, warranty documentation, and final inspections for government acceptance.

Crash-rated electric gate arms, non-rated control gates, integrated traffic control systems, and site restoration
Responsibility
